Disable Windows XP Boot Logo
You can speed up the boot process with disable Windows XP splash screen. Follow these steps:
1. Click Start - Run.
2. Type msconfig & click OK
3. Click boot.ini.
4. Place a check mark in the /noguiboot checkbox.
5. Click OK
After these steps, when you reboot your PC, you’ll see the Windows XP logo has disappeared
